Since our humble beginnings in 2016, we have grown from cultivating a few hundred plants to nurturing nearly 6,000 chilli plants across over 50 unique varieties. From mild and fruity chillies to some of the hottest peppers in the world, we’ve carefully curated our collection to suit every taste and culinary style.
Using organic farming methods, we ensure that every chilli we grow is not only bursting with flavour but also grown sustainably to protect our planet. Whether you’re seeking fresh chillies, artisanal sauces, or sweet chilli jams, our products are hand-made in Cornwall, combining the finest local ingredients with the bold, vibrant flavours of our chillies.
